IMPLANTACIÓN POST EXPLANTACIÓN DE IMPLANTES DENTALES, CON REGENERACIÓN ÓSEA GUIADA, SECTOR ANTERO- SUPERIOR.

Abstract

Diversos factores pueden afectar la eficacia de un implante dental, el cual conlleva en muchos casos, el retiro y la posterior colocación de otro implante, aumentando el tiempo y los costos del plan de tratamiento. En ese sentido se hace necesario una buena planificación para así disminuir los pasos y tiempo quirúrgico aumentado así las probabilidades de éxito. La presente monografía tiene como tema central “Implantación postexplantación de implantes dentales con regeneración ósea guiada en el sector anterosuperior” enfocado en la búsqueda de alternativas eficaces, tanto funcionales como estéticas, dado la importancia en la salud mental del paciente, disminución del tratamiento quirúrgico como también el costo del mismo. Entre los factores que pueden comprometer el implante oral una vez colocado. Están: que este se haya óseointegrado fuera de su correcto eje de inserción o emergencia natural, que presente procesos infecciosos y fracturas. Considerándose un problema para la estética y funcionalidad a la hora de realizar la prótesis, por lo que se deben buscar alternativas efectivas, estéticas y funcionales para el paciente. De aquí surge la inquietud de lograrlo en un solo acto quirúrgico previo a la rehabilitación protésica. Por lo que se hace necesario combinar la explantación con la implantación más la regeneración ósea guiada para los implantes orales. Gracias a esto es posible restablecer estética y función en una sola cirugía. In this sense, good planning is necessary in order to reduce the steps and surgical time, thus increasing the chances of success. This monograph has as its central theme "Post-xplantation implantation of dental implants with guided bone regeneration in the anterior superior sector" focused on the search for effective alternatives, both functional and aesthetic, given the importance in the mental health of the patient, reduction of surgical treatment as also the cost of it. Among the factors that can compromise the oral implant once placed. They are: that it has been bony integrated outside its correct axis of insertion or natural emergence, that it presents infectious processes and fractures. Considering a problem for aesthetics and functionality when making the prosthesis, so effective, aesthetic and functional alternatives should be sought for the patient. Hence the concern to achieve it in a single surgical act prior to prosthetic rehabilitation arises. Therefore, it is necessary to combine explantation with implantation plus guided bone regeneration for oral implants.
